The Regina Caeli Prayer (Queen of Heaven prayer) is a traditional devotion used morning, noon, and evening (6:00 a.m., noon, and 6:00 p.m.) in honor of the Incarnation of our Lord Jesus Christ during the Easter season.
Regina Caeli or Regina Coeli is also appropriate before or after Holy Mass. The devotion gets its name from the first two words of the prayer in Latin.
It is one of four Marian antiphons that replaces the Angelus during the Easter season
