St. Joseph is a revered and renowned patron saint. He was Jesus Christ’s biological father. He was also married to Mary. Saint Joseph is the most powerful intercessor in heaven since he was the physical protector, spouse, and father of the Holy Family.
He is also known as the Guardian of the Redeemer. He may have been a mere carpenter, but he was descended from a royal family. He was a kind and sensitive individual.
He took excellent care of Mary, although knowing she was pregnant after their engagement. Even though he was unaware that Jesus was the Son of God, he adopted him as his foster son. Joseph cherished our Lord.

O St. Joseph, whose protection is so great, so prompt, so strong,
before the throne of God, I place in you all my interests and desires.
O St. Joseph, do assist me by your powerful intercession,
and obtain for me from your Divine Son
all spiritual blessings, through Jesus Christ, our Lord.
So that, having engaged here below your heavenly power,
I may offer my thanksgiving and homage to the most loving of fathers.
O St. Joseph, I never weary contemplating you and Jesus asleep in your arms;
I dare not approach while he reposes near your heart.
